I am having the worst experience at this Hospital tonight. I took my wife to EXER for help. She is having bad chills, migraines. Once they saw us they told us go to a Hospital she is severely dehydrated, has the flu B. I have been here at Providence for over 5 hours. We were checked on when we got here but not since. It’s now 2 am. What the hell is wrong with Healthcare. Is everyone here only for a pay check? It’s so sad. No one seems to be in a hurry to admit or help people. I’ve stared at the same faces for hours. A woman and her daughter were here. Daughter had fever with chills. It took so long they left. Bad Leadership starts at the top. Hospital boards need to take a look on how to improve care. Average across America is 2-3 hours. Providence is 5 hours+. So sad. Worst experience

I would like to express my deep appreciation to the entire team at Providence Hospital. From the moment I arrived, Angelina at reception welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. The nurse was exceptionally helpful and kind, making me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist ensured I was comfortable, and Dr. Collins performed the procedure with great skill and care. I am truly grateful for such an outstanding experience. 27 February 2026

Hospital is great, but the accounting department is terrible. I was told by Pre-Registration that our bill would be $8500*, we would owe a $2500 co-pay. If we paid now, we would get a 20% discount. I paid the $2000 and now you say I owe $500. Not cool. *Note: numbers are rough. I asked you to send me this in writing, but you never did. I have called billing 5 times. I have requested escalations. You said escalations take 7-10 days. Its been 20 days and you are still sending me invoices about going to collections. I tried calling pre-registration I left 4 voicemails this week. Voicemail says you will return my call in 24 hours. 5 days later no call back. Again, nurses and hospital were great. But this run around by your billing department is unbearable.

I had a scheduled C-section at this hospital, and my experience was extremely disappointing and traumatic. On the morning of my scheduled surgery — literally as we were about to leave the house — the hospital called to say they could no longer perform my C-section because other urgent procedures had come up. We had prepared for this date, and I had not eaten or drunk anything since the night before as instructed. Initially, we were told the next available date would be four days later, which was shocking and unacceptable given that this was a confirmed surgical booking. After speaking with my doctor, we were advised to come to the hospital and “show them how urgent” the situation was. We went in, still fasting all day, only to be told they could not take us that day but would schedule us

Starting from ER: Wait time on a Monday evening for me was about 3 1/2 hours (including getting seen in a room for why I'm there and getting an IV Pick in my arm) before going to the back. You will be greeted by a woman for your copay if you're able to pay right then and there fine, but if not they'll just bill you. I was placed in the hallway which was fine. The ER Dr. had a bunch of test ran, x-ray and CT scan. After about 40mins, I was placed in a temporary room. Was there for a couple more hours before the doctor came back, he suggested I needed to be admitted. I was transfered to another temp room in ER due to them closing that side. It was soooooo COLD but its a hospital so I get it. Admission stay: I finally had gotten transferred to the overflow on the 2nd floor, at this time it h
