Dr. Cha is wonderful, I'm so grateful she's my PCP! Kind, patient, attentive, & detail-oriented all add up to an excellent healthcare experience. Laura at the front desk is also super helpful and friendly too :) Highly recommend this practice if you can get in.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cha for many years. She and her staff are kind, patient, and quick to respond. Each visit I feel well cared for and listened to at each visit. Dr. Cha and team are gems in the medical field.

I felt compelled to write this because good doctors deserve to be protected and supported, especially in a broken healthcare system. Dr. Cha is an exceptional physician — knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and deeply committed to her patients. She listens carefully, takes her time, and practices medicine with integrity. I have never felt rushed, dismissed, or treated like “just another appointment.” She genuinely cares, and that shows in every interaction. I want to be very clear about something many people don’t understand: insurance issues are dictated by insurance companies, not physicians. Networks change constantly, contracts are dropped or altered without warning, and providers often have little to no control over those decisions. If you’re frustrated with insurance, I understand — but

Dr.Cha is very professional and thorough along with gently bedside manner. Receptionist is also friendly and makes you feel welcome. Office is clean. I would recommend Dr. Cha to anyone looking for a provider who cares about their patients.
