Immaculate, professional lab. The second I’ve seen, and there is no comparison. This lab is clearly an established facility and operation. Duckey (phonetically spelled) is very precise — looking at me, my before and after pictures, and my temps - complex combination of veneers, implants, crowns, while taking measurements and recording notes re: slight adjustments and recommending a brighter shade. He works closely with my dentist, Dr Imam, who referred me to him. I am relieved to have found the right place and person at last to replace the roadmap in my mouth, working closely with Dr Imam.

The protech team is fantastic. Unbelievable quality of everything whether it be customer care or cases. Front desk is responsive and amazing, specifically Cierra and Kris. Dental Technicians are knowledgeable and are true experts of their field. Sophie and Janie are fantastic at what they do. And Kudos to the waxup team for always delivering the fine details that patients expect and need. Overall one of the best labs there is!

This is an extremely high quality lab. On my most complex cases that require more technical expertise, Protech is my go-to lab. Even with single unit restorations, little to no adjustments are needed for delivery. They are in step with digital scanning and I love the seamless workflow. If there is ever an issue, which is rare, they will gladly redo the restoration: no questions asked. Generally with custom shading, the porcelain looks so natural so redos related to shade are rare.

I'm a dentist (Periodontist) with over 20 years of practice experience in Northern Virginia. I've been involved with many cases with many dentists who practice in NOVA. I've seen amazing work done by this lab. They also are involved with continuing education making everyone who works with them be on the cutting edge.
