I saw Leslie Horita, the PA for Dr. Kohn, for my two week surgery follow-up. She did a great job communicating with me and asking questions about how I was doing. She was attentive and patient - I asked several questions and she took the time to answer them all clearly for me. She was hands on, manipulating my knee to check range of motion and stability and to make sure it was healing properly. She was also very thorough in helping me understand if I had restrictions and how to go about the continued healing process. Taylor did a great job getting me settled in the room, understanding how I was doing post surgery and removing my stitches. I really appreciated the top-notch care, and I'm looking forward to my final follow-up in 4 weeks!

Dr. Hall and his staff were excellent! He fixed my failed foot surgery with another surgeon. I’m so thankful to be able to move forward and heal this time. He is professional and skilled.

The visit was about my first neck injection. Sarah was well prepared in knowing what had transpired. She had a plan already for what was needed next. We went over it on films that have been taken. Sarah is submitting everything for next injection. It’s great that she is taking it to person involved. It sure takes the pressure off of me to know who I need to talk to.

I cannot express enough how much I appreciated not only Sarah, but the entire team in the pain clinic that supported me on 2/4/26. I have had so many roadblocks and have been down rabbit holes since April 2025 while dealing with significant pain with no clear answers. Recently, Dr. Price discovered what is likely the cause. Although there were some stressful hiccups dealing with our insurance and Proliance corporate policies, as well as mine and my wife's hightened emotional status due to latency, lack of answers, and pain, Sarah, Tiffany, and the entire team went above and beyond to be so kind to me and take their time with me, working through the logistics that I really needed help with.
