Prompt Medical Care

Been a patient there for 2 years. Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable. But, my experience at this doctor’s office was deeply disappointing. The staff is not only disorganized and incompetent, but also shockingly rude and unprofessional. When problems arise, there’s no accountability. What’s worse is the dishonest communication. I was misinformed multiple times that my prior authorization was sent to insurance, but when I checked nothing was submitted. When I tried to get clarification, I was met with defensiveness and attitude rather than help. Then, hung up on my call and when I called back to get my medical file was just left there with no response. Basic courtesy and transparency seems to be completely lacking. doctor doesn’t focus on client and ask unreasonable questions to parents, like if “they also smoke” and tries to use it against you

Beware. They commit fraud. They will send you payment due bills even after you have settled all dues. I have filed a complaint against the doctor and hopefully his medical license gets revoked.

The staff is very good at their job And very helpful. Doctor Solomon Kuchipudi is the kind of doctor I love for Patient care. I've been a patient for over 22 years. He's very knowledgeable and caring for his patients. He makes sure, we the patient, understand everything. I couldn't recommend a more competent facility. His office is quite busy at times which is an obvious. indicator that his patients are well aware of the care that they will receive.

I've been going to Dr Kuchipudi for more than 20 years. He is the kindest doctor I've come across. I am always amazed at how he recalls details about my life and medical history. What a memory! The office staff is very nice and helpful. I like that so many tasks and procedures can be done in one place from check ups to blood draws to cardiologist appointments. Prompt Medical Care is a fantastic office.
