Prompt Care

My husband was having a lot of cough for several days, we visited promp care and the services was excellent. The staff was very professional, the attention to my husband was immediately, we wait a few minutes in the waiting room. The nurse who assisted him was very knowledgeable, ordered x rays and the prescription was the right medicine for him. We really recommend this place. It is the third or fourth time we visited and always with good results. You have to be patience, it is a lot of sick people. They take the time to help you. Excellent service. And if u have insurance the copay is nothing compared to the attention you are going to receive. We went to the primary doctor and they refuse to help my husband.

I love this office and the connected office(genesis family practice)! I’ve had my ups and downs in this office, but never in a negative way, they have so many patients coming in and out on both the prompt care side and on Genesis family practice side. Yea sometimes you gotta wait, but just imagine how many patients go there. You definitely don’t get the care from many other doctors offices. I’ve noticed over the years, (and I’m talking years) that some people are just very very impatient. I appreciate Dr. Drew, very much, and all the staff, they know me by name as soon as I come in. Imagine remembering all your patients by name. They’ve always been so kind and listen to what I have to say, my concerns and it may just be me, but I always repeat back to them what we discussed to make sure th

My whole family was sick myself and 4 kids. Went to urgent care saw Sheryl drew she was amazing. Very attentive. Took her time and really listened to what our symptoms were and my concerns. Very patient with the kiddos as well.I would highly recommend. One of the best urgent cares I have been to in a long while. Thank you urgent care staff !!

Peggy and Sheryl are the best and have been so accommodating to me. My doctors office closed down in Daytona, I was planning to find something closer and come here until I had found another but its been the best doctor's office for my specific issue. They'll send updates on your appointment, I've changed the day before and they didnt ask for a $25-50 charge like most offices the one time I have an issue. Everybody loves to complain and leave reviews when something goes wrong, problems with insurance, wait times but I truly believe that this staff and doctors are here for the right reasons. Thank you guys!❤️

Poor facility, treatment & results! It was a Saturday, not busy at all, only one person ahead of me & STILL waited about 45- 60 minutes. Didn’t see an MD. Saw a nurse practitioner. The nurse was nice but Although I informed her of past antibiotics that have worked for my recurring sinus condition, she prescribed something that was ineffective. Towards end of antibiotic treatment, Called the office to inform them my condition remained unchanged and I was told by the very uncaring & unfriendly receptionist, Katie, that I would have to be seen again. Katie insisted that the office would not call me back and speak to me on the phone! Why should we have to pay twice for the same diagnosis? No wonder they are rated below 4!!!
