I am APPALLED by this place!!! DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE, NOT YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR FRIENDS. My family member was a patient here, we were promised us that she would get a beach side view, a semi private room, and instead they put her on another floor where it was dirty, smelly and disgusting. i understand that it was a marketing scheme to lie to us to get us in here. Awful. My other problem is that the staff was unbelievably rude when trying to figure out issues. one nurse rolled her eyes and ignored me!! staff does not communicate with each other. i am put around in circles trying to find answers!! i tried calling admissions for HOURS regarding business issues and what was agreed upon. This is a great place, sent my father to this nursing home from another and he was treated like a king. With all the special events they give to the residents they make you feel like your home. Nursing staff is amazing. Thank you promenade for taking care of my father.

I will try to be respectful in my opinions while expressing my criticism. When my mother was discharged from the hospital and to be transferred here. I initially wanted her to be elsewhere, but since the other facility wasn't answering calls. The first day, we reached promenade, not even gone inside. I had a negative feeling about it. Overall, there's no communication, no feedback, and no replies. So I'm hoping that this will help. At first, the staff will look at you with a smile, but now some staff have no eye contact. My mother is scared of being in promenade and without me saying how i felt about that place, and she's getting more depressed. She tells me she feels something is off and she dont want to be there anymore. I'm trying to find out how's my mother progresses in physical thera

This place is disgusting! It has a terrible odor throughout. The staff is very proficient at eye rolling and walking around with any annoyed, can't be bothered look. From my first encounter at the front desk to my visit with a patient I was treated like I was nothing but an annoyance. I felt like I interrupted their naps with even the most minor questions.
