Promenade Health And Rehabilitation

This is my Moms 2nd stay at this rehab facility. The personalized care she has received has been excellent both times. The attention from staff in physical therapy, nursing and caregivers has kept her comfortable and cared for. As a family, we have been blessed by the level of care and attention given to her by everyone here!!

I have been in several hospitals in the past and this is the first time I've ever had to go from a hospital to a rehab. I was very anxious about coming to a rehab I was worried that I would not get the care I needed due to whatever reason my brain invented. I read the reviews of many rehabs and skilled nursing facilities and this rehab here at Promenade was the only one that I felt like I would even try to come to. The reviews were great and when I got here I can see why. I have had the most wonderful experience here and the staff treats you like family. I don't have any complaints whatsoever and I have even made friends with the residents here and they are wonderful as well. I am a nurse so I knew what I needed to get well and I was given that and more. The physical therapy department is

If I was able to give them a ten I would. If u are looking for an excellent place for a loved one this is it. The people are the very best. The place is very clean and doesn’t have a smell ( unless someone just had a BM). They love on the residents like family. My mother-in-law spent two years there before dementia took her home. I got to know a lot of the other residents and they say it’s home to them. It’s the very best in NWA. Thank you all who work there for taking care of Patsy. Love u all.

My company has been partnering with Promenade Rehab for years. Each month I continue to love them more and more. Their patients and staff are always so content. They are also both cared for- respected - and more. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this community! Thankful to partner with them.

Jenny Jo was wonderful in motivating and helping my Aunt to rebuild her strength and confidence. Jenny Jo made sure she advocated for my Aunt and was such a positive influence in her recovery. Thanks to her, my Aunt will be able to regain some of her independence.
