This place and the people who work here are a joke. Called for an appt for my daughter due to extremely consistently elevated heart rate/referral to cardiologist (was seen 2x for same issue in office and ER). Was seen in office just 5 months ago. While trying to schedule, the front desk told me that because my daughter had her physical done at school based health center (due to no availability with them) that they transferred her care out. In other words, illegally discharged my daughter from the practice. They suck anyways since Dr Harwin left and pro health bought them.

Short wait times, the office always tries to fit sick kids in to the schedule. Both the MDs and APRNs are professional, warm and competent

I’ve been using this practice for 18 years and they have gradually gotten worse and worse since they sold out to prohealth. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. My daughter needs her physical before leaving town for college in 3 days. They called one hour before our appointment cancelled on us! Then offered zero options. Could not accommodate us or help in anyway. Directed us to urgent care in East Haven. But we first needed to stop in Branford to pick up a copy of my daughter’s immunizations to bring to urgent care since they refused to email them. I already switched my son to a different practice. I highly recommend not using this practice as it is falling apart.

Dr Kate is lovely! Genuinely cares about and for our kiddo and is respectful of my “mom instincts”.
