This office overbooks their slots. Your wait time is ridiculously long. Be prepared to be there in excess of 2 hours. The office staff is courteous but the service time is horrible. I will not be gettingll braces for my other children here.

The absolute worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time or money with this office. I had work done well halfway done. Went back to get it “completed” (months later because of them)to later find out by another dentist that I need more work that was supposed to be completed (the first two visits). More pain and more money.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED 🚩🚩🚩🚩

Read his complaints with the Texas Board of Dental before going , my experience was not great with him Charles I Williams .He has been sanction for intemperate in the use of Drugs with other client which means he was on drugs while performing a procedure , this can be confirmed on the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners Site along with his other 2 sanctions. Who ever created the google page put R for his middle initial which is incorrect it's an I . I myself will report this it need to be corrected .

Dr. Charles Williams is the best dentist I've ever seen! He is always kind, compassionate, caring and informative

We had an appt scheduled for 6:30pm and we were here on time and we are just being seen at 8:03. Staff is okay, but they have to do better with there scheduling!! This is absurd...😳
