I had an appointment with Professional Dental Solutions and would not return. My experience was subpar. I underwent a cleaning, which was the least satisfactory I've ever received. The dental hygienist spoke no English, making communication challenging. The dentist, however, was very friendly.

Long Wait Time!! Even With An Appointment!! Plenty Of Staff But Barely Moving Clients In & Out!!!

Honestly, the staff isn’t bad. It is very slow and if you go in early morning, you will be there till about 4pm. There isn’t any privacy , when I was done with my cleaning they just wiped the chair down. Also, when you call to make an appointment they just say walk in. I will be changing dentist.

I would not recommended this Dental place to anyone. The place is old, dusty, the equipment is old, there is no privacy, and one young lady have to wait from 8 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. to be seen. The tools are Rusty. This place is badly in need of an upgrade. However, the staff is sweet and pleasant. The plastic seat covers were not changed, just sprayed with Lysol. Which is not that sanitary to me. It needs to be treated as if it was a doctor's office and after every child the paper or plastic is removed. This is an insurance accepted facility so they do have the funds or should have the funds to upgrade the facility.

The worst dentist office in Miami ever! The staff is rude and they will look at the phone ringing but will not answer it. I was trying to make an appointment today to see the dentist and I was put on a 30 minute hold just so they can hung up on me, I called 3 times after that and they didn’t answer the phone. Before today I’ve been trying to make an appointment for 3 months and every time I call, I have to be put on hold for 30 minutes to an hour or the staff will just hang up the phone. This dentist office need new staff and the proper training on customer service. They are very rude will never recommend this dentist office to anyone ever!
