If you can avoid this place, do it. My mother in law had to visit this place because that's what her insurance covered. It was either here or the same doctor in his LA office. First off it was hard to reach the office, my mother in law who is a senior and had a broken wrist had to physically go to make the appt. She gets an appointment DAYS later, was never seen by the Dr. Chen. He was in the office but seemed busy talking on the phone through his Bluetooth earbuds. The other Dr in the office told us the wrist was broken and needed surgery but to get blood tests done to be safe. We were lucky and got the tests done in a lab 30mins away but with availability the next day. We get blood results within a few days and try to get a follow up appt with dr. Chen. Mediocre medical care. If you’re looking for a place where you wait more than an hour and a half past your scheduled appointment just to receive generic medical attention that may actually worsen your injury, this is it. I came here twice, and both times I waited nearly two hours to be seen. When I finally was, the care was unprofessional. I was not listened to, and no one took the time to explain anything to me. I brought an MRI that clearly shows more details of my injury, and they refused to even review it. I cannot trust a doctor who doesn’t listen, doesn’t want to collaborate, and shows no interest in working with me on a real plan to return to my pre-injury condition. Only the frontdesk girls were great with service. For anyone wondering, my case is a grade 2–3 acromioclavicular (AC)

I came to doctor Chen when I was having severe pain in my sholder which later I found out, I needed to have shoulder surgery on my rotator cup, a torn tindin and muscle.
