Pro Massage

One of the best things you can do for your body is get GOOD bodywork done. I am a personal trainer and send all my clients to Jeff of Promassage. He is very skilled and experienced at what he does and has an amazing innate sense of the human body. Mobility is often the limiting factor in many of my clients progress, and although there is much they should do on their own, 35 (or more) years of bad posture and muscle imbalances won't be fixed in 10 mins of stretching here and there. Deep corrective therapy is the way to go and Jeff offers this in spades. Plus there is no wind chimes and incense in this place and its not exactly a relaxing massage. This is all about getting straight to the point and getting the work done for your body that it needs...most likely to Wu Tang in the background.
