Exer Urgent Care - Venice - Lincoln Blvd

The staff at this facility and Dr. Greenberg are professional AND actually care. This place is clean, efficient and knowledgeable which is extra comforting in the world of urgent care that can be a hit or a miss. As a family, it’s a life saver to know there is somewhere trusting in the area for emergencies or last minute sick visits when primary is too backed up to se you. Can’t recommend enough.

Upon arrival I asked the person at the check in if I would see a doctor and she said yes. Based on that, I registered and paid the co-pay ($50). I was brought to a room after a brief wait and a robotic person took my vitals and asked me the same questions multiple times, not paying attention to me, while typing. About 10 min later a guy came in and asked me the same questions. I asked him when I would see the doctor and he said he’s the PA . I told him I wanted to see the doctor, again, and he said there is no doctor. I explained that I would not have stayed had I been told that. He proceeded to mis-diagnose me, prescribe antibiotics I don’t need, and swabbed me a few times. He clearly did not know what he was doing. I had a varied experience here this past weekend. Their app or their system was slow and I sat in anguish while my husband tried to navigate signing me in. He’s tech savvy, but something wasn’t working on their end and he repeatedly had to plug in information. The annoying part was that there was no communication with the woman behind the desk who would disappear with no explanation, and reappear to only ask if we got a text. Yes, we got the text. Disappeared again without explanation. Just as we were about to give up I was finally taken to a room. The doctor was great! He was able to see me pretty quickly and explained what he was doing while reviewing my injury and ordering a prescription and giving me clear directions for care. Check out was also pretty seamless. Always fast and easy. From check in to discharge excellent care and customer service. My son likes the PA’s on duty and much better than an ER visit. I appreciate the great service they provide.

Dr. Greenberg and the staff were great. The receptionist was able to transfer my appointment from another Exer location to this one no problem. The wait wasn't too long. Dr. Greenberg was very personable and efficient. There is no parking lot, so if you see parking on the street get it because that's the only option.
