Practice The Work

I worked with Deidre for a little over a year and it was the best decision I ever made for myself. She listens with intent and genuinely cares about helping her clients. I was struggling with my anxiety and ADHD and she truly helped me understand my thought process and how to make it work for me in my everyday life. (Along with a myriad of other things such as breath work and grounding techniques.) HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing that little push to highlight your strengths in order to achieve your goals. Deidre is fantastic. She is skilled in helping you to get to know yourself better and figuring out who you are and what you want to be, which can be a challenge for people of all ages, going through any transitions in life. I value her insight and wit, it almost feels like I’ve been talking to a friend I’ve know forever who just really gets me. She makes change easy, and distills ideas into clear, digestible nuggets. I highly recommend giving her a try!

Deidre is wonderfully compassionate and insightful. In her work with me, she exercises a great deal of patience, empathy and play. I found those three ingredients truly effective in disarming my defensiveness, creating a safe space to explore and express my frustrations and block and making the work fun. You have to do the work though. She can only guide you so far.

I kept getting in my own way as far as my job and relationships went, and I had a tendency to beat myself up about it. My work with Deidre helped me identify what it was I really wanted for my life and how to navigate that road with a lot more compassion for myself than I was used to. It turns out it’s okay to love yourself.

Deidre was wonderful to work with. She helped me find a much healthier work/life balance, and in the process create a more loving relationship with myself.
