The office staff and website is awful. Even though we completed the pre-registration online, we had to complete the dreaded forms on the tablet. They ask for the same information and documentation every time you go to the office. It is maddening. My parents are 93 and 88 and just can't do it...and yet the staff insist on it being done on the tablet. VERY BAD SYSTEM AND PROCESS.

My husband and I both moved to this practice several years ago and have been very pleased with our decision. We had to start with Dr.Lord when our original doctor here left the practice. We absolutely love him and most of my family has switched to him He is very thorough and up front with us, which is tough to hear sometimes, but we wouldn't want it any other way! We know if we are sick or have an emergency to come up that the practice will get us in to be seen ASAP in nearly every situation. I understand that things have been a little rough with the transition to Privia but we haven't felt our care was compromised. We had a hard time with the phone lines but do understand! Overall the entire staff is friendly and very compassionate. We feel very fortunate to have a practice that is alway
