Prisma Health Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine Center–Taylor St.

First time around, I wrote a not so happy review. But as with anything, that appears to have been an off day. My husband has been back a couple times now (and I've been with him one of those times) and it was night and day. The nurses and doctors are amazing and extremely skilled (which was never questioned but was overshadowed by waiting so long the first time). They take great care of patients and inform them about what they're doing and the next steps that are going to take place. There still may be a wait time so just know to plan extra time for that.

Dr Christina Harman highest professionalism knowledgeable caring and concerning always taking time to explain everything. She was determined to find the best individualized treatment that works for him.. Sometimes we waited a little longer but most of the time just 10 or 15 minutes and when we did we knew that she was giving that same individualized attention to someone else we highly recommend her and her team they were professional friendly caring and assuring that we got the best care

I'm a firm believer in respecting someone's time, especially when seeing a doctor. I also know that scheduling issues occur. However, the wait time at this office is consistently 30 to 45 minutes. They NEVER give you the courtesy of letting you know BEFORE you arrive that the wait may be longer than usual. It is not until you get there that they inform you that regardless of the fact that you arrived on time that you will still have to wait. In my opinion this is totally unprofessional and inconsiderate!! This happened each time I visited!!If you want to see a wound care specialist that actually respects your time DON'T COME HERE!

Dr. Cone and the staff at this center are of the highest caliber. They are knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, empathetic and such a gift to so many. I have been a patient here daily for several weeks and can't say enough positive things or appreciation for this facility and the staff

Dr Ramasamy & staff are amazing! They actually listen to their patients & have gone above & beyond to try to not only heal my wound but also to listen to my concerns in trying to find the best care for me.
