Prisma Health Urgent Care-Parkridge

My entire experience with today’s visit was superb! From making the appointment to checking out I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk was extremely nice and thorough with explanations and and forms. My wait time was maybe 7 minutes- if that long. Kataria was kind, gentle and attentive to my needs and concerns. Marlana was my provider and she was also attentive to my needs. She listened to the aliments I was describing and appeared truly concerned. She explained what she was doing and how I may react. I felt completely cared for and was put at ease with her understanding what I was saying. Well done Prisma Urgent Care!!!

Everyone I encountered today treated me well. I appreciate being able to pre-register and schedule an appointment for the same day. I waited about 10 minutes to be seen after check-in. The nurse practitioner seemed concerned about getting me well and she considered my health history before developing a treatment plan. I recommend Prisma Health Urgent Care-Parkridge if you are in the Irmo area in need of medical services.

My experience was amazing at Prisma Health Urgent Care - Parkridge! Everyone was so sweet as soon as I walked in. From being greeted at the front desk, to the amazing bedside manner after being called back, to quick results and answered questions. Will definitely go back if I have any future issues! Marlana was so sweet and took the time to listen to all of my concerns! 10/10.

Rika was amazing. I was very impressed at the level of care and concern she showed for me as a patient. She checked on me frequently in my patient room, and made sure to offer me some water and medicine when she read that I had a fever. She was a model nurse. 5stars all round for the entire staff! From the check in desk to the NP/Doctor. They all were very knowledgeable and responsive helping me get the service I needed. I was there the evening of January 5, 2026.

I worked with nurse practitioner, Mallada, And Shantavia it was a great experience. She made sure that I was taken care of, and I really felt comfortable of my visit. I will definitely be back. Also, when I came in the front desk, Bree was very warming And she got me in very quick and she was a sweetheart.
