Went in at my appointment time and was in the exam room within 10 minutes. Had a bit of trouble with the website registration as it wouldn't accept my signature input but the front desk helped through that on arrival. Yolanda was pleasant and took great care doing the normal pre-exam work. It did take a bit longer for the doctor to arrive but it was all good. Friendly, helpful staff, quick resolution to my issue. Recommend highly.

The nurses at check in were very quick and made sure they had everything and provided me with all the paperwork I needed for my workers comp. The xray technician Lisa was very nice and gentle. Dr. Zusmer was very attentive and caring while also being light hearted and just had an overall great presence about him. He listened to my concerns, evaluated me carefully, made sure I understood my treatment plan, and gave me some tips and recommendations that I could do at home. 10/10 would recommend.

Tyler was awesome! Good mix of sense of humor, expertise & professionalism. Helped my wife get through stitches on a deep cut with minimal pain & suffering!! 😉 Great experience & highly recommend Tyler for your urgent care!

Unfortunately I needed urgent care but FORTUNATELY I visited Prisms Urgent Care in Greer! My experience from entering the facility until I left was absolutely phenomenal! The administration up front to all of the medical assistants and nurses were EXCELLENT! And the provider couldn't have been better, he was EXCELLENT as well and demonstrated the best bedside manner any patient could have experienced! Thank all of you for a job well done, especially at a time when it was no fun to be at work. I'd give a million stars if I could!!!
