Vicky here on my husband's account. Very happy with my visit here today. Front desk, medical staff and Lani that treated me today were all great! Nice new and very clean office. It was easy to book my appt online and they got me in on time for my appointment. Very grateful for how thorough, professional and kind Lani was. I absolutely recommend this urgent care! GREAT service!! From the time I walked in to the time I left. Fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. NP, Bailey, was thorough and actually listened!! I didn’t feel rushed and each person made me feel like I mattered. Great location and very clean facility. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!!

Very nice staff. They take their time and listen to you. Had made an appointment online and when I arrived i didn’t have to wait to long. This was my first time at this location and was very happy with the care that I received.

I was very pleased with my experience at this new location Easley. Everyone was friendly, kind and professional. I was impressed by their desire to make sure my records were accurate. The NP did not push to do unnecessary tests and listen to me. Great option for care.

Amazing staff here!! Very caring & professional. Micah was lovely at the front - she checked me in & had my receipt emailed for ease. My triage nurse Ceaira took my vitals seamlessly while sweetly empathizing with my situation. Dr. Sprott, NP was my clinician and if I didn’t already have an amazing GP, I would 100% want her to be my regular doc. She took her time to listen to my medical history, accident details, carefully assessed my injuries, and worked with me to decide the best way forward for treatment. (Side-bar: I love NPs - they are so good at holistically & practically providing care!) I had several X-rays with the delightful technician Jen.
