Complete Dental Care of Easley

My husband and I had our new patient appointment. Office staff was great, waiting area super clean and nice. Ernie, the dental hygienist was incredible, he was kind and educational and made sure to make you feel comfortable. The Dr. was great as well when she came in to check everything over. Over all great experience. Highly recommend.

They were able to fit me in at the last minute!!! Upon arrival and throughout my appointment, every staff member acknowledged me and checked on me. It was very pleasant and I was throughly satisfied with the level of care and service provided. The down-to-earth demeanor made is easier for me to explain my dental situation without feeling embarrassed. They really listened to my concerns and addressed each one perfectly!!

Great office, friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and provides education on options for various dental needs at a compatible price point. I met Dentist LaVines yesterday and she was a pleasure taking time to demonstrate a bridge placement and how to clean. Thank you for the great dental experience!

A Truly Excellent Experience! I had a fantastic experience at this dental office the moment i walked in. The space is incredibly clean and welcoming- it immediately put me at ease. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire visit feel comfortable. The dentist was very thorough during the exam and took time to clearly explain everything, including treatment plan. I appreciated how she answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I understood each step moving forward. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. I had a crown done, and the quality of the work was poor. I’ve had multiple crowns over the years that have lasted for many years without issues, so I know what good dental work should be like and this was NOT it. When I tried to reschedule an appointment to have the problem fixed, the practice was unwilling to help and instead pushed me to find another dentist. That lack of accountability and patient care was extremely frustrating. I will not be returning to this practice, and I would not recommend it to others.
