It's not what the person says...it's how they say it and then some. I didn't appreciate Jill's nurse creating unpleasant drama and being played with like that. Then the administrator playing off as if she was the actual nurse 🙄 !! I was very clear in my verbiage and she continues with a passive aggressive demeanor. I'm a senior and ,generally ever see a doctor because I prefer the natural approach! Your entire staff needs to refrain from improper statements and speaking negative of your clientele or close the reception sliding door.

I really like seeing dr Nations and always listen to me. Very good doctor. Recommend him to any person needing good care.

Dr. Nations disnt listen to me at all about medications that i dont do well with. When i was asked what prior meds I'd taken, he put in the notes of my portal, that i requested that medication. I never requested anything. He never even asked if it worked well. He gave my gf a med that made her have severe problems like bleeding and infection. He completely dismissed her concerns because the infection and bleeding had healed from discontinued use of the med. He didnt change the med. She left very upset.

Do not waste your time coming here. Jill Newman sucks at her job and is super unprofessional. She will not call you back after you’ve been trying to contact her for weeks. In fact, she’s so useless that she couldn’t even write me an emergency referral to a place that would actually help me (she’s had 2 weeks to do so, and i still haven’t been contacted back!!!). There is blood spots all over the walls in the lab room from previous patients, who knows if they even sanitize the labs seats??? The medical assistant gave zero regard about privacy regulations when asking questions in front of family. It’s honestly astonishing that this place is up and running, considering the circus show they put on everyday. The filth is unreal. Do not come to this location. And the front desk lady is a clown

I just absolutely love coming here. I've been coming here for years. I have always had the best experience. Dr. Jill Newman is the best there is. She is so easy to talk to and listens to all my concerns. She very honest and always has the best advice.
