Prisma Health Urgent Care - Columbia Harbison Boulevard

This was my first visit, I was taken back to the exam room within 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. The staff at the front was very pleasant and helpful. When I met NP Stephanie Harkness, I found her to be warm and interested in all I could tell her. She asked follow-up questions, and she fully explained the protocol I was being given for my condition. I felt relieved to find that our new Prisma Urgent Care set our minds to ease!! (we were previously at one that permanently closed).

I had a great experience at Prisma Health Urgent Care. My FNP, Julie, was absolutely wonderful. She patiently listened, made me feel comfortable, and addressed all my concerns without rushing me. The entire visit was quick and I appreciated that my prescriptions were already confirmed before I even left. *UPDATE* Unfortunately, my experience after my visit completely changed my view. During a call about my prescription, the medical assistant spoke very rudely to my family and then failed to mute herself while discussing my personal medical information, making negative remarks about me with another staff member. This was extremely unprofessional and a violation of my privacy. This experience was offensive and stressful during a time when I was already in pain and dealing with serious hea

Trinity was very pleasant on the phone. And when I came in, she remembered that I just called, which made me really feel seen/heard! Super fast turnaround Julie was great.Very knowledgeable made me understand what was going on.And what to expect moving forward.

The staff was very welcoming and super friendly. The wait time was reasonable. I only waited for less than 5 minutes to get called back. Once in the room, the nurse practitioner came in within another 5 minutes or less. I was very pleased with them and the care they provided.

I have to say I had a bad experience today at the harbison urgent Care. I learned that I was sick on Sunday and was given time off. I returned back to work on the 17th only to feel the same. I called the urgent care and asked for the doctor I seen prior. The receptionist was nasty. I explained to her on the phone that I would be coming in for an extended leave. She tells me I have to be seen and have copay ready. I get to the front desk after driving and I let her know it was me who called. She replied in a nasty tone oh it was you that called it upset me because I was not feeling well and I know my pressure was up. I paid the copay and waited to be seen. I get called to the back by another person whom also had a attitude when I was explaining how I was feeling she took my pressure which w
