I had such a great experience at urgent care today, and I truly want to recognize Mikayla for the outstanding service she provided. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind. Being at urgent care can be stressful, but Mikayla made the entire process smooth and comfortable for me. She was very attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. I never felt rushed or overlooked. She checked on me, answered my questions with patience, and showed genuine compassion. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Had a good experience with all of the employees there. James in X-Ray and Latoya the NP made the visit as pleasant as they could for my 85 year old Mother. Very professional and I would take her back there. Highly recommend if you need to go to an urgent care.

Everything was great. The place is clean and a lot bigger than I thought. I really liked the pictures of the flowers in the clinic. Everyone is professional and very nice. I was seen, diagnosed, tested, and out within 45 minutes. It's probably best to make an appointment. It wasn't busy at all. It was a 10 minute wait for me but I'm sure there are days when they are very crowded. Anna, the NP was great and so was all the other staff. A very good experience. There's plenty of parking and it's wheelchair accessible. I hope I don't have to come back but if I am sick or injured I definitely will not hesitate to return.

I had a Great experience at this urgent care. I Thank God for Mikayla she was so patient with my mother. It took over two hours for my mama to give urine and she was very nice and pleasant. She continued to check on us and kept us comfortable. Good luck on your journey and never give up. We need more people like you in Healthcare. Thank you so much.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. I was there less than 20 minutes before I was escorted to the back. I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable the Physicians Assistant conducted herself. She took time to explain the test results and medication I would be taking. Overall, excellent experience!
