Today, I had the BEST experience yet. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Staff was beyond attentive and welcoming. Special Shout out Provider: Diondra very soft and caring Clinical team: Georgia & Cortisha Very attentive and when it came to those needles didn’t feel a thing. I truthfully enjoyed my experience in my time of need and am beyond appreciative for the greate care I received. 10/10 recommend.

We’re quick to share bad experiences publicly, but we don’t always take time to highlight great ones. Prisma Health Urgent Care Forest Acres took incredible care of me today. The team was patient, caring, and thorough, and they made sure every question I had was answered with empathy. I never felt rushed, which means a lot when you’re not feeling your best. I didn't have to wait long to sign in and be seen. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was listened to and talked through different options for treatment. I especially appreciated the late hours. This wasn't my first visit and will definitely return if the need arises. Highly recommend!

Great experience and quick service, from beginning to end I would say an Hour tops. The NP Anne, was great. A natural butterfly with great energy. Ms Shavelle & NP Anne, worked great as a team. Both ladies were awesome. When I meet NP Anne, I was truly impressed. She was Very professional, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable of the issue. I went from feeling apprehensive about going to urgent care and my symptoms being down played. To being thankful for such an amazing visit and the pleasure of meeting these wonderful ladies. I would like to mention. The check in person was great too I just don't remember her name. Thank you all for taking the time to see me during my illiness. I also would like to say, The whole world is short staffed. That does not excuse your rude or bad behav

Sooo my first time coming to the urgent care and from the time I walked in the staff was absolutely amazing ! I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jacob ! An amazing and warm and even funny meeting Georgia !! & My Doctor Malanea was sweet and also very warm ! The whole process was extremely fast too fastest urgent care I’ve been to definitely recommend 🫶🏽
