Dr. Brailsford was absolutely wonderful. She took her time, listened carefully to every concern I had, and made me feel genuinely cared for. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I truly appreciate a provider who balances efficiency with compassion — and she did exactly that. She was thorough with testing, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt reassured before I left. What meant even more to me was that she spoke about prayer and faith in such a sincere and comforting way. Probably my most unreal Urgent Care Visit to date. I came in with a cough, fever, sore throat, and chest pain. I was prescribed meds before any tests were ever ran. I then told the doctor I’m suspicious that it’s pneumonia to which she ordered a chest X ray. X ray came back negative and they tried to get me to leave after that, but not before the doctor stood over my shoulder and watched as I left a 5 star review for her on Google. As I waited for my school note, I could hear the staff outside my door mocking and laughing about other patients. When a staff member came back I asked about more tests?? I requested at least mono and strep and the doctor then told me, “Oh, you heard about that?”… After being forgotten for 20 minutes, a nurse came in and did my tests. Finally found out I have th

Everyone was nice, facility was clean and new looking, check-in was easy. I especially appreciated the care of Dr. Brailsford: she was personable, efficient, and (most importantly) gave me effective care. It’s a bonus when you get a caregiver who is also just a nice person. I highly recommend and would go back to this location again.

Best Experience Hands Down! I went in not feeling well however I felt cared for I felt as if my concerns were valid. This location has been my go to for a while. I had one issue and the manager resolved it quickly and professionally, a pretty light skin lady tall and just compassionate after speaking with her my issue was small I wasn’t even mad anymore. Recently I went back and she wasn’t there, but the doctor I saw Dr B was top notch! She answered my questions, she was patient, she made the room feel at ease! Talk about a great visit, and I’m feeling 100% better. If you in the area go by and see Dr B she’s what’s missing in healthcare a doctor that cares.

I came in an hour before closing on a Saturday, and the staff was nothing but kind from start to finish. The front desk helped me get checked in quickly and were very sweet. Latoya and Anna, my care providers, were also very kind throughout the process. Overall great experience!
