Prisma Health Urgent Care - Ballentine

First visit at the new facility and it was great! The staff was welcoming and kind. I took my 6 year old and he felt comfortable because the staff was so friendly and warm with him. We saw Dr. Yousefian and he was amazing! Great personality and awesome at explaining everything to us. He made sure all our questions were answered and that we understood everything involving our visit. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful experience! We made an appointment ahead of time. We were in and out in 45 mins. The doctor who saw us was one of the best doctors we’ve ever seen - including our pediatrician. He was thorough and provided us with all the information. One of the doctors who actually assessed!

Great place! Kind staff. Very knowledgeable. Got seen fast and treated well. The self pay pricing is very reasonable. Will for sure use this urgent care in the future.

Went in today to get checked out. They were clean, professional and happy to help me. I was able to book an appointment online and they checked me in up front. The doctor, nurses and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be returning if needed in the future.
