Such an amazing experience. I went for help after total knee replacement inflammation And stiffness. Lindsey seem to know exactly what I needed and where to apply pressure and where to be gentle. Sometimes you think you need deep tissue, but the lightest of fascia work gives even better results I am looking forward to continuing with her. My entire body feels so much better when I get off her table. She is extremely professional and her space is extremely relaxing

Would highly recommend The Remedy Room with Lindsay. Had an issue with my right shoulder, and with a short talk about my problems, she structured a general massage with a focus on my injury. Extremely friendly and professional with some great conversation. It can be challenging to find a masseuse who can deliver a rehab-focused massage rather than a relaxing one, and Lindsay could do either. If you're interested in effective communication and results, look no further!

Lindsay is the best! I’ve been going to her for a long time for various ailments and she always does a great job getting me back functioning again. Shoulder trouble and back. She’s very knowledgeable about how the body works and obviously puts a lot of time into honing her craft. She is by far the best I’ve ever been to. If you practice mindfulness I’d suggest trying her “mind and body” option. It’s a unique experience that focuses on being present and working on the mind body connection.

Came in after a week of cervical pain, not knowing what to expect from a therapeutic massage. Lindsay gave a knowledgeable consultation and was well-prepared to discuss my pain and problem areas. Within an hour of leaving, the pain had reduced by ~75% (with the bonus relaxation effects of a traditional massage)! Thanks so much!

Lindsay is amazing! I went to see her after several days of holding a lot of stress and tension in my shoulders/neck. After 30 minutes, that tension was gone.
