Great experience! The staff was friendly and professional, and the process was easy. They clearly explained what services were needed and why, which I really appreciated. The office was very welcoming and comfortable. They offer coffee and cookies while you wait in the lobby- Great Touch! and the staff explains financial service options clearly. I also appreciated the thoughtful gift bag given to patients. The orthopedist asked thoughtful questions and took the time to get to know me and understand my concerns.

I had my braces removed today, and I am beyond impressed with my experience at this orthodontic office. From day one, the staff has been outstanding, professional, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. Every appointment was smooth and efficient, and the level of care throughout my treatment was excellent. Now that my braces are off, I absolutely love my teeth and the confidence they’ve given me. So far the staff has been absolutely wonderful. The office is one of the best medical offices I’ve been in, in terms of cleanliness, space, and overall appearance. I will say that it is definitely on the highest side price wise as far as the normal price range for braces goes. But the staff does go above and beyond and everything is done at the highest level so you get what you pay for.
