We had the first appointment of the day, but we ended up waiting 45 minutes to see the doctor. It was evident she hadn't reviewed my mom's chart, as she didn't even know my mom had been hospitalized multiple times. To make matters worse, she had to leave to get her stethoscope, which took another 20 minutes. She also seemed unwilling to manage my mom's condition properly. When I requested to see a different doctor within the practice, I was told that wasn't allowed. The care here feels more like a game than real healthcare. If you're looking for answers or quality care, I strongly recommend seeking help elsewhere.

My primary doctor is Chadwell vail He is disrespecting to the patients this is my second time i visited i was concerned about my treatment and he came with students trying to practice on me to learn how to do , so i had problems with my private body area which i was shameful to show the practice students my primary doctor told me, you should show us your private area we can see what is going on i told him i don’t allow students to look me i told my primary doctor your practice students should leave the room i can show to you he said oh this is prisma policy , what policy he was talking about I pay him why he is not supposed look my problem or treatment by himself and he brought a student with himself and started practicing on me This is ridiculous I don’t know who is governor of this ho

Saw Dr. Iriza after not being able to get an appt with LMC Rheumatology. It was a complete waste of time. Dr. Iriza wasn't interested in actually treating me. Her bedside manner was cold and standoffish. She seemed displeased that I brought my toddler -- I had checked their website & the only thing I saw pertaining to children coming to appts was that children had to be accompanied by an adult. If I had a maniac child, I definitely wouldn't be bringing them to my appt. I gave her my hx, she ordered labs. I came back for a follow-up and hoped that she would at the very least do an ultrasound on my joints to see if there was any damage. She informed that, because my labs came back normal, she didn't need to perform the ultrasound. She ultimately determined I had fibromyalgia, given my hx an

I have had two appointments with Dr. Shannon Izira, and she has already figured out what the issue is I have been suffering with for years — that I have been seeing other doctors and nurses for, NUMEROUS times! And, she has done more testing to get to the bottom of what has caused the diagnosis she figured out, in an effort to fix the problem, rather than just write prescriptions to stifle symptoms. She listens, doesn’t discount what you tell her, and is very thorough to pinpoint a diagnosis. The office staff are wonderful, also! If you are looking for a rheumatologist, make an appointment with Dr. Iriza! I highly recommend her!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Reached out for rheumatology medical care. Been diagnosed from my rheumatologist from Illinois, moved to South Carolina for my conditions. I have had a hard time trying to find a doctor in this state. Prisma had me send in some of my medical records, waited almost 2 weeks and had a staff member call me and tell me that they WILL NOT see me as a patient. DR. DAY!!!!!!!! I was told reviewed my file for the entire department and HAS DECLINED me as a patient. Every other place I have reached out for has accepted my files. I am actually in process of being accepted by ssdi for my condition. YET DR. DAY SAYS I HAVE NO QUALIFING CONDITION to be seen by PRISMA. This man does not even know me, seen me in person or did a physical evaluation. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS P
