Prisma Health Pediatric Neurology–Columbia

My daughter saw Dr. Harsanyi-Jilling, and she was fantastic! Her warm bedside manner put us at ease, and the visit never felt rushed. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and was incredibly helpful. The support staff and front desk were also pleasant and welcoming, making the entire experience even better. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Harsanyi-Jilling!

Been waiting over 2 months for someone to call and schedule my child to be seen. The referring Dr sent multiple referrals and still nothing. Hopefully i can get in contact with them in AM. But I'm sure it will be months out. Let's hope this is not life threatening in the long run.

This was, without exception, the best experience I have ever had in any hospital for any reason. We went through the nightmare of having our 16-year-old daughter start having seizures, and the people here got us through it with round- the-clock courtesy and efficiency. Amazing nursing staff who deserve all the credit in the world. The doctors have excellent bedside manner. Even the folks who bring the food cart around made us feel at home. If you have to go through a harsh medical experience, these are the people you would want to help navigate the process. 5 stars ALL THE WAY!!!

I am very frustrated in the communication and response time of this office. It is near impossible to get in touch with an office staff member about scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Even after leaving a voicemail and waiting 24 hours for a response, I still did not receive a call back. After calling a second time to no avail, I left a second voicemail and waited the appropriate 24 hours to receive a call back. Still nothing. As a parent of a young child, scheduling and making appointments can already be frustrating enough without dealing with inconsistent and unavailable staff members. I don’t care how wonderful the care and treatment is during the actual appointment, the unavailability of front desk staff and ridiculous response times are the reasons I give this office 2 stars.
