Prisma Health OB/GYN–Hardscrabble

I am extremely disappointed with the repeated unprofessional behavior of Felecia at the front desk. On multiple visits, she has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unpleasant—not just toward me, but toward other patients as well. This facility serves women who may be coming in for very sensitive reasons—seeking birth control, navigating their first pregnancy, or even coping with pregnancy loss. Having someone so mean-spirited and unprofessional as the first point of contact is incredibly disheartening and creates a very unwelcoming environment. I have personally overheard her speaking negatively about coworkers and even physicians in front of patients, which is completely inappropriate for any workplace, especially in healthcare. I’ve been coming to this practice for about 4 years for my annual well woman check up, Felicia was the nurse who worked with my former OBGYN doctor, and she always made the trauma of a PAP smear bearable. She has a sweet spirit and she always has an encouraging word. My former doctor left, so today I had my appointment with a new provider, Ms. Keels, she was absolutely wonderful and attentive. After my appointment I had blood work done and I was surprised that Felicia was now the nurse drawing blood, and just like always she was nurturing, kind, and she left me with some encouraging words. My experience at this practice has always been great because of great nurses like Ms. Felicia and providers like Ms.Keels.

I have had nothing but good experiences here over the past 3 years. It is close to my work which is how I found and chose the location because it’s a good hour from my home, but even if I switched jobs I would still go here. Dr. Keels and her team are great. What I love most is that she seems to really LISTEN and care (which you would think would be expected, but hasn’t been my experience in my 30+ *cough cough* years). On top of that her easy going personality makes her easy to talk to without feeling judged or crazy. The team I’ve interacted with seem happy to be there and have always had the best attitude when I’ve been seen. I don’t feel rushed to get in and out and onto the next patient. 10/10 stars!

I’ve been going here for my entire pregnancy. The doctors are great and the techs are super friendly. My only complaint are a couple of the ladies at the front during check out. There is always someone talking smack about the doctors and complaining about directions from the doctors for next appointments. No smile, no greeting, just a bad attitude all around. Some appointments don’t always go great and then dealing with that just makes the whole experience bad. The young lady at check in is always so sweet, has a smile, and knows me by name at every appointment. She is fantastic.

Fire the unstable lady answering phones on 06/20 around 10:30 am. She came on the phone with an attitude put me on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and called back would you believe she disconnected the phone multiple times. I’m trying to conduct business and spend money with this provider and she is playing on your phones. If you reading this call the Palmetto Pkwy location, way more professional!
