PA Fravel had me wait over an hour in the exam room, looked over my images in front of me for a few minutes and his suggestion to a very complex chronic back injury was pain injections until surgery is feasible when Im 60 (Im 30). The miracle of modern medicine folks!

The office here is always changing staff. I’ve been communicating with this office for over 7 years now and they are the absolute worst doctor’s office I’ve experienced when it comes to calling you back or following up on something. I’ve always had to keep calling because they have only 2 times in 7 years returned a call. They have sent the wrong scans in mychart to only again have to call and call again to get the correct ones sent. No one seems to care either. It just is the office environment there. “We’re training” “we’re understaffed” “insert random excuse.” I’ve been calling going on now 4 weeks to get an older scan that they never provided me, yet I need the info to get an MRI done to show compatibility. Never will call me back! Keeps saying they will send it on mychart and then doe

I am at work but my boss will not mind me posting this review, I'm sure. Dr Moftakhar and his team operated on my Dad yesterday. My Dad has been in the hospital for a week and every single person in that hospital has been highly professional. They have all helped us beyond any expectations from the moment my Dad was admitted they have helped him and my family. Both of my parents are elderly and every single person on all the floors, from emergency to the recovery, have helped in every way possible. I can't say enough good things about all of them. Thank you for every single thing. I honestly appreciate it all.

Dr Strauss and Andrea are fabulous. I have dealt with a lot of physicians and this is the first time a physician and their team has went above and beyond to take care of my husband. We were beginning to loose hope and felt no one was listening to our concerns and Dr Strauss didn’t just listen to us but he made my husband a priority. He is very passionate of neurosurgery and treats his patients with the care they deserve!

Absolutely stunned at the dysfunction happening in the front of house here. I've been trying to get an appointment for four months and have not even been able to schedule a consultation after a referral from my PCM. Half the time I call no one answers, often I call during their listed office hours only to get a voicemail that it is outside of office hours and to call back when they are open. When someone does answer, there is always some new barrier to scheduling that I'm just finding out about. It is literally more convenient for me to drive to Cleveland, Ohio and go to the Cleveland Clinic than it is to go to this office 10 minutes from my house, and that's exactly what I've chosen to do.
