Prisma Health Neurology–Richland

I had an appointment today at 3 pm and I arrived at 2:30. I checked in and was called back at 3:08. J was told to wait not long in the waiting room to be called back at 3:15. I was escorted back to a room and was told to change because of the procedure I was to have. I changed and waited until I got tired of waiting (3:50) for the doctor or someone to come in. I get up and change back into my clothing and open the door to leave. I read the reviews before my PCP referred me because I had never been to this office before. I believe in judging for myself so I accepted the referral. I will honestly say, I will not be going back. They wasted my time which I can’t get back. That was the most unprofessional experience I have had going to a doctor’s office, clinic or hospital. I have had my share

I’m warning everyone…if you value your life, sanity and time, DO NOT go here. It is a training clinic for Residents, and you will become overwhelmingly stressed from constantly advocating for your health. I have no problem with Residents as I understand they must start somewhere, but the arrogance that displayed among some of them is beyond off-putting, and the front desk folks are very unprofessional; if you have a serious neurological condition, don’t expect to be heard or taken seriously. This is the most unorganized med clinic with dismissive providers I have ever experienced. My guess is if it were one of their family members, maybe they’d actually care. Oh and don’t even entertain the thought of calling the office for anything and expecting someone answer the phone. They never answer

Thank goodness for this place and its team of caring and professional people. Specifically Dr Singh. She has followed me for a short time but I feel she has heard and understood my concerns. Her referrals matched my needs. The one additional person that has solidified my confidence in the services is Theatra (Hope I spelled correctly). She has facilitated my appointments and made my concerns known to Dr Singh and showed concern & care. I absolutely would rate this office as excellent. I believe they support each other as they encourage us clients. Thanks so much. Keep up the great work. JMELVIN

I've shared the same experience as other reviewers. I was seen by doctors from this practice in the ER and told to call and obtain an urgent consult. But I left two voicemails and got no response over a period of a couple of weeks. The third time I called, I got a person, but she claimed she couldn't schedule appointments for hospital follow ups and she would leave my information for that person, who would arrive after lunch. Well, it's past 3:30pm, I received no call back and when I called again, it went to voicemail again. I also cannot schedule through MyChart because I'm not linked with this practice yet. And it's looks like I won't be because this is a whole other level of ridiculous than most practices. This is purely a review of the administrative staff because at this practic

I read all of the negative reviews and was a little worried before the appointment but wanted to share my positive experience. My dad suffered a massive stroke around 4 weeks ago. Today, we followed up with Dr.Rahman and she was nothing short of fantastic. The office staff were all helpful and friendly and I felt Dr. Rahman was very personable. The one thing that stood out to me is how she talked and explained everything to my dad (not just us).
