I go to Prisma Health Offices for Pulmonology to see Dr Mayson. He is caring always reviews my entire chart and does a complete pulmonary evaluation. He has treated me now for 5 yrs and I can breathe!

My friend is a regular patient here, but on short notice was paired up with a Doctor Elizabeth A Lebel. My friend who has had chronic health conditions since birth was told she her and other young people are just faking it to get drugs. Treated like a junkie and left the office feeling completely shattered. What kind of medical practice is this? Who shames a chronicly ill person !!??? NEVER GO HERE, unless you want subpar care and to be told you're the problem.

Don’t waste your time here. The doctors don’t know what they’re talking about and blatantly disrespectful. I have tried to give this practice repeated chances to make up for my first experience. On my very first appointment Dr. Han had the audacity to tell me that I was on too many medications and that all of my specialists, including psychiatrists, rheumatologists, and cardiologists, were wrong about me needing those medication’s and that I should be able to manage my diagnoses through meditation and exercise. I literally laughed at him because I thought he was joking, but he was serious. It was so offensive that he would even suggest that after 20 years of testing and specialists visits that he knew better for me within 5 minutes of meeting me. I'm sharing another review after my most recent experience. Once again, Dr. LeBel is great. However, whoever is managing the office is not. I went in last week because I was sick. I was prescribed an antibiotic. However, after a week and finishing the antibiotic, I'm still sick. I sent a my chart message Friday, which has gone unanswered and it is now Tuesday. I called first thing this morning at 8am to either get another appointment or another type of antibiotic and have received no return call. I've tried calling again and again and no one will answer the phone. I love Dr. LeBel, but the way this office is run is making it impossible to get the care I need, and I'm not that needy! I tried their no-contact online messaging, but clearly no one monitors that system.
