Prisma Health Infusion Center–Columbia

I cannot speak of nor recommend the staff here more highly! From the lady who checked me in to everyone I encountered, I was treated wonderfully. They have gone above and beyond to see to my needs. I am writing my review while I'm getting my infusion and again, I am being looked after extremely well. I'm grateful for a medical staff that is professional and personable. If it were within my power, they would all get raises. They're just that good!

The whole staff is fantastic and friendly, even the security in the front. We never wait long.

The absolute best care. Every single nurse and tech was so kind, caring and empathetic. They took such good care of my mom and I will forever be grateful for them. 10/10 recommend this office!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. Im currently sitting here in the waiting room for the past hour now after ringing the doorbell and no one has came to the door.I can see a lady thru the glass and she has been on the phone since I got here. These Infusions already take about 2-3 hours.Having me and 4 others sit in here and wait is just not right.What is the point of scheduling a time?

Very professional, kind and knowledgeable about your care. Speaks clearly and well understood. They all have the same care and patients towards you. I am always happy to visit because I know the care will be top notch.
