Three different tests that said something serious is wrong with my heart along with symptoms I have experienced but praise God my heart is perfect according to cardiologists. There were three glitches with three different tests. My brother was a patient here. No wonder he died last summer. The gaslighting medical industry is the 3rd leading cause of death in the USA. Hmmmmm, I wonder why!

My mom passed on 09-04-2025, I was amazed at the kindness the staff showed to my mother. They were so patient and helpful. I would like to add that the evening before she passed, an awesome team of RN's Kris George RN and Brandon Meade RN went above and beyond making sure she was clean and comfortable. It was so important to my mom to be clean. I was impressed.

I had to bring someone in for a procedure. The medical team was amazing, but Mrs Shawn who checked us in was FANTASTIC! She greeted us with a warm genuine smile, and her bubbly personality made you almost forget a heart procedure was about to occur. She was just perfect for assuaging our fears In a stressful medical situation. Thank you Mrs. Shawn!!!!

I recently had to be taken by ambulance to the Prisma ER. Worst medical decision of my life. If my doc didn’t practice her, I’d never go again. They put me in a room with a broken bed and did absolutely nothing to help my condition for more than eight hours. It wasn’t until my doctor showed up at seven am that I got the medication I needed.

An Institution That Has Forgotten What “Care” Means My stay at Prisma Health Heart Hospital was one of the most disgraceful, dehumanizing experiences I have ever had in a medical facility. From start to finish, this place showed that bureaucracy, arrogance, and apathy have completely replaced compassion and professionalism. I was brought in by EMS and left in a corridor of the ER for over seven hours, surrounded by noise and chaos, while my heart condition deteriorated. After that, I was shoved into a side room until they could find me a bed. It took six full days before they finally performed my quintuple bypass surgery. Six days of uncertainty, stress, and pain.
