Prisma Health Greer Memorial Hospital

Once I got to a room the treatment was good. However, the initial experience in the ER waiting room on Tuesday night was terrible and traumatizing and completely violated my rights as a patient. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL. We went to the wrong door -- yes, our fault in our rush and panic-- and for several minutes couldnt get anyone to even get out of their seat to direct us to the right place even though they could see us outside. I literally stood outside a locked door to the waiting room, in the dark, confused and bleeding and cramping, until a nurse finally got up and point around, so we had to go all the way around the hospital, again while I was profusely bleeding and in pain. Instead of opening the door and letting us go in (the metal detector which was RIGHT THERE, they could easily assess

They are in n my opinion the best hospital in the upstate. The nurses are the greatest. They all need raises and praise. The have the biggest hearts. Ive been so blessed to be taken care by them. May God bless each and every one of them. And thier families. The staff too. They all are a Godsent crew.

This place is a joke they have u sitting in a cubicle forever no one come to check on me since I been here 3 hrs ago the cubicle is dirty blood on the curtain and wall as well as some yellow liquid don't even wanna know... didn't even bother to wipe down the bed w no sheet on it has someone's hair and dirt all over it it's freezing cold and the crazy thing is the nurse is walking around with a hospital blanket but haven't asked any other patient in these cubicles if they would like one. hell she ain't even stopped in to say hey you okay so u need anything I will be your nurse today.... Wth is really going on.... This place is a joke I'm ready to go

My mother was admitted to the ICU and has had such an overwhelmingly positive experience. The nurses were absolutely top-notch! Mindy, Ben, Denise, Brenda, Jill were all so awesome. They were caring and responsive to her every need. We cannot say enough about the amazing level of care. She is currently in a “regular” room now and the great care has continued.

Great hospital, super clean, very caring staff! Each time I brought my mom in they are nice, professional, listened to her issues, and worked nonstop to fix the root of the problem. Not just pushing pill for the symptoms like Greenville Memorial tries to do. I will only take my love one here in the future if I have the option.
