Prisma Health Family Medicine–Parkridge

They are a hospital and they're supposed to be taking precautions. I am sitting in a room waiting for the doctor right now. This is what I noticed while looking around. The soap that the doctor and nurses use to clean their hands. The dispenser has blood and dirt on it.

Not sure why people have given such bad reviews. I have been a patient with Parkridge Medical Associates for about 8 years. I have always been treated quickly and the staff is very friendly. I go here for my GP visits, my first doctor left and I have been a patient of Kimberly Frick for about 4-5 years. She is always friendly and professional. I even referred my wife here and she has always had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend my Doctor and this group to anyone who asks.

Most of the staff is not friendly. Have waited 30 minutes in examining room for doctor. It probably would've been longer if I didn't threaten to leave. Prescriptions often not refilled until you've seen Doctor. Doesn't matter if you don't have any medicine left. So happy I've found a Doctor that's friendly and the staff is great. I hate I didn't find my new Doctor sooner.

This is the most disorganized practice I've ever dealt with. I usually had to call twice or more to get a nurse to actually return my call. The office staff is not very friendly and they constantly had incorrect and outdated contact information from before I was even a patient. I asked repeatedly for it to be updated in my chart, and they got it in writing on the yearly updates they require you to fill out. Referrals take forever and records seldom get forwarded. Np. Frick agrees to one thing one minute and then it changes in another. It's like she forgets what was discussed or something. And all of this is on top of the very long wait times. So glad I found a better place!

One star because NONE is not an option!!! I guess Dr. Wiggins no longer works there and that's a shame. The sad thing is even though I mentioned her name to no less than 5 different people in this office, not one could tell me she is no longer there. I wonder why? The NP Kimberly spent all of 3 minutes to tell me what I already knew and I am pretty sure I was charged incorrectly BEFORE any services were rendered. NP Kimberly was also 20 minutes LATE even though they have signs posted throughout that YOU will be rescheduled for being 10 minutes late...The nurse nor the Nurse Practitioner wore gloves. No temp was taken. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...DO NOT GO THERE!!!
