Horrible service, constant mis-dignosing and making feel like a dam lab rat. In South Carolina, it is generally not legal for a doctor to have cameras in exam rooms where patients have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Cameras should be placed in common areas only, and any recording must comply with HIPAA regulations and state laws regarding consent. Just to let you know they have cameras in the exam rooms. This has made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like i have lack of privacy. Would not advise this facility

Absolutely terrible,had mri for prostate and no one ever called me to go over results which were abnormal,called again for appointment with urinary tract infection and they said can you wait till July, unbelievable!!! THE WORST!

Went to this location with my Mom, and was very impressed. From the receptionists warm welcome to the much needed, in depth visit with Dr. Christian Moore. He is very professional and personable at the same time. He gave us undivided attention and educated us so well, we can probably be tested on the subject matter! It was so comforting to have someone like him, so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his field of work. My Mom and I left with no stones uncovered, and a clear plan of action. I feel like everyone deserves this type of care.

I have been a patient here for years and the service has always been sub -par, even to the point where I stop going but I needed to schedule a yearly exam. I called to me make an appointment and after being put on hold for 16 minutes the young lady who answered the phone was so RUDE and even hung up on me when she told me what time the appointment was. I understand everyone has bad days but if you hate your profession maybe you should try something else...

I have gone here for 8 years,they have helped me and well documented my procedures, I am a necrotizing fasts survivor and have had complications due to the initial infection.Overall I have received kind and professional,compassionate care from this facility. I have also had my complaints but I am staying because prisms has done all my surgeries and it’s over 30.My mom tries to find a Dr.there that’s been there a while and ask for certain Drs Dr. Humphrey we saw today and I have seen him before,he is a very good doctor.
