Prisma Health Cardiology–Parkridge

I have not had a good experience with this group. The staff is lovely and they are good at what they do. It's taken a week after receiving results of testing to get clearance for surgery. Each time I have called I have asked the doctor or RN to decide on clearance and inform my surgeon. I'm less than 18 hours out from surgery and still no response.

Have been waiting on a CPAP that was ordered for me on 4/2/24, it's now 8/9/24. Have called office at least once a week for the past 2 months either leaving voicemails or speaking with receptionist. I have yet to receive a call back. People die of apnea daily, and the toll it takes on a person is tremendous.

This was my first time coming here and I am so glad I did! All the staff was friendly, efficient, and very attentive. I saw NP Jamez and she was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel super comfortable and listened to all of my concerns and answered all questions.

Both Dr. Feldman's are fantastic Cardiologists but the prescription refill system here is non-responsive and inept to be quite honest. I usually have to make an appointment just to get a medication refilled. The answering machine asks that you not leave multiple messages - I guess this is because the patients realize the person refilling the scripts is doing a terrible job!

I love it here!!! The staff is so friendly. My doctor is Dr. Jennifer Feldman & I never had a problem here. The listen to you& make sure that you doesn't have any concerns that they cannot handle.
