He did not ask about that he did not explain anything. He just said mumbles and that everything was good and I was free to have surgery that I need for something else. Never in my life have I ever been treated the way Susan Benesh treated me. She doesn’t need to be working with any patients the way she spoke to me and left me in the room for 20 minutes. She came into the room and looked at me and stated that she needed to see if the girl put in my vitals in the system. All of a sudden we heard a lot of laughter coming from behind us. Dr. Shultz is disrespectful and rude. Seems to have no care for young patients. Suggests I give him ideas of what to do to “put my mind at ease.” As someone who works in healthcare, this is not how you should treat your patients
