Prisha Pediatrics

Long overdue review! We have been going to Dr. Negandhi for more than 2.5 years now. She has been nothing but awesome to us. She saw our kid on short notices whenever we call her office. She has always taken the time to answer all of my various questions and give us pointers. I particularly appreciate her taking the time to educate me on the protocols of our health insurance to ensure we don't get overcharged. For instance, wellness checks have to be done exactly 1 year (or more) from the previous year in order for insurance to pay for it. Thank you so much Dr. Negandhi and team! We will be going to your office for years to come.

Dr. Gandhi speaks time with the patient to understand the issues. Also it is easy to same day sick appointments unlike other pediatric clinics.

The front desk staff were unprofessional and inattentive. They seemed more interested in doing nothing than assisting guests. They look sleepy. Definitely needs better supervision and training.

I took an appointment with Prisha Pediatrics for my daughters ear piercing after seeing all the good reviews. During the piercing, the doctor punched a hole along with her glove (glove was too big for her hand). It was a panic for all of us and she immediately tried to detach the glove and was successful after quite a few tries. My grievance is not about the fact that this happened (because I understand things happen), but about how she reacted to the incident. She nor her staff even called to make sure my daughter was okay after the fact because there was a lot of pulling that took place to detach the glove. Instead she even cancelled her next wellness appointment because of personal reasons. I definitely do not recommend this doctor.

Its been ~2 weeks ( since our daughter is born) we are visiting Dr. Negandhi and we are very happy with her. Extremely caring, polite and knowledgable. Dr called us everyday to make sure our daughter is doing fine. Very Happy so far.
