Van is their hygienist and she does terrific dental cleanings. She is very attentive, gentle and makes sure that I am set before beginning my cleaning . She always answers all my questions and is careful with my sensitivity areas. I highly recommend Van. Front office gals Taylor and Coco are always smiling and make me feel at home, very professional and makes checking in and out such a breeze. thank you

Update: Milpitas Smile Design responded below with a completely random response about “narcotics”. No where in my review I talked about narcotics. This was their attempt to give the impression that had a proper response to a review. It shows how malicious they are. Be cautious! (End of update) I usually never ever leave a review (whether good or bad) but my experience at Milpitas Smile Design raised serious red flags about how they operate and people should know this. I’m tired of dental practices taking advantages of patients. Here’s my story: I called Milpitas Smile Design and wanted to get retainers for my top arch but needed to get the Invisalign attachments removed first. Coco told me there is no issues removing the attachments and then quoted me $200 for the retainers. I agreed and

From the second coco answered the phone to the second Dr. Chu sent me on my way, I was very pleased. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental care and they made my visit feel so safe and secure. Leslie did an amazing job as well and I look forward to future visits here!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Despite a lot of anxiety about the process, the doctor and the nurse who did my extraction were wonderful and helped me calm my nerves. Definitely recommend.
