I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care provided to my son during his dental surgery on Friday, October 10, 2025. Despite an initial scheduling mix-up on October 3, where we arrived to find my son was not on the appointment list, the rescheduling process was handled efficiently, and the experience on the day of the surgery exceeded my expectations. The professionalism displayed by the entire team—from the front desk staff to the nurses, dentist, and anesthesiologist—was truly commendable. They took the time to explain the procedure in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring I was well-informed. Everyone made us feel the most comfortable and answered every question we had. As scary as it was at the end of it all being over we were very comfortable and glad it all went well. They re assured us every time they had that our child was doing well and she was. Thank you for all the support and making us feel comfortable.

We were told to arrive at 7:30 a.m., so we drove over an hour to get there, trusting their word. Despite this, we were made to wait until 10:00 a.m. just for anesthesia, with no clear explanation and no concern for a 4-year-old child who was already scared and uncomfortable. After the surgery, I was horrified to see that no one bothered to clean the blood from my daughter’s mouth—her mouth was left full of blood. This is basic care and should never be ignored, especially when treating a child. This experience was distressing, careless, and completely unacceptable. The excessive waiting time, lack of professionalism, and poor post-surgery care show a serious lack of respect for patients and families. I strongly do not recommend this place. Great experience, they made me feel comfortable that my son would due great under general anesthesia. They are amazing and the front desk agents are very friendly and patient! I will always choose them for my kids dental work
