Quick and efficient appointment from start to finish. I was warmly greeted by the front desk team upon arrival. I came in with a severe sinus infection, and they promptly conducted all necessary tests, including flu, COVID, and a throat swab. The results were available very quickly. The NP performed a thorough examination, confirmed it was a sinus infection, prescribed appropriate medication, and clearly explained the treatment plan. They also recommended scheduling a follow-up to monitor for any side effects or adjust the medication if needed. Overall, a smooth and reassuring experience. I highly recommend this place.

Avoid Action Urgent Care like the plague. Even with an appointment I waited over an hour before being seen even though there were no other people in the waiting room. I was also forced to prepay for service even though I have PPO insurance. After insurance processed the claim it turns out they overcharged me, so I requested a refund of the overpayment of nearly $100. After over a year of dealing with their so-called billing department and escalation office over multiple online chats, emails and phone calls, I still have not received my refund. Every time they just tell me that the refund has been requested but nothing ever materializes. Would never go back to this place.

Y Myo Nyunt took care of me as if i was his own child. I felt so safe in his care. He is also quite handsome so be careful when bringing your girlfriend to this clinic! Jordan the provider was also amazing. He has stellar bedside manner and explains everything thoroughly.

I visited this urgent care over the weekend due to vomiting, dehydration, and a severe headache. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The nurse practitioner (Mr Yang) attempted to insert an IV multiple times on both arms, poking me painfully without success. I repeatedly explained that I had been nauseous since the night before and unable to keep fluids down, and that I was severely dehydrated. Despite that, after several failed attempts he told me, “We can’t do it here, you should go to the ER if you need an IV.” It left me wondering what the point of an urgent care is if they cannot perform such a basic procedure or escalate to someone more experienced. I left with bruises on both hands, no treatment, and still dehydrated. Communication was also difficult to understa
