Priority Urgent Care Springfield, MA

The place was clean, only waited 10 minutes and that was my fault for going across the street first. Scheduling was easy, ALL of the staff was in a great mood, which is very rare in the medical field these days. Results were in fast and paperwork provided within reasonable amount of time. I’ve never had to use Priority Urgent Care before but I will always choose them moving forward, and the Cooley st location specifically.

Melissa, Susan, & Christy were absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable and friendly.  Very attentive and created a welcoming atmosphere.  Overall the team works great together with compassion & respect. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends for future visits. Thank you guys all for all you do.

Ive had a great experience previously with my son so I chose them today when I needed care for a burn on my foot. The provider was kind and helpful. There was almost no wait. Her assistant, not so kind/helpful. I was offered crutches and a shoe. When she brought the shoe in, I declined it because of the strap placement and burn location. She gives me the crutches, I say I think they're too tall. She snaps and says no that's how they're supposed to be. I was given no discharge instructions (which the provider said I would get). Before I left I stopped by the counter, (wasn't told anything she just left the room) and the same assistant poked her head from the way back and asked do I need anything? I said I didn't know if I was to check out or not. She said nope you can go. So I struggled wit

Very friendly people. Not a long wait to be seen. Nurses positions assistance, and physicians are very thorough. Explains everything in detail. Very understanding And patient with autistic children.

Nice new facility. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I was seen in less than 10 minutes! I heard there were easy booking of appointments online, everything is ready for the patients as they were walking in via online registration. I seen an QR code for DOTs, And an added bonus I found out they even do Virtual Online Visits too! Suggested place to keep in mind for when Urgent Care is needed.
