Priority Urgent Care Newington, CT

It was easy to schedule an appointment online! I was able to do the paperwork online as well, saving time at arrival. I got in quickly. Everything was clean and comfortable in the waiting room and the front desk staff were very friendly. I saw the PA with a very short wait. She was attentive, kind, and reassuring. Paperwork afterwards included what was done, care instructions and follow-up instructions. Easy-peasy! I’ll come back here for urgent care needs!

Have to say always a great experience visiting this location. Just had a DOT physical. Great place to renew your medical card, also primary care as well. I would highly recommend, I have been visiting this location for 15 + years. As long as I’ve had my CDL. Always Prompt service, clean environment. The doctors & staff are great! Easy peasy! Made an appointment online. Was seen on time and wasn't kept waiting for a long time in the examination room after the medical assistant took my history and vitals. Our family has had all positive experiences with this provider. Definitely recommend.

This was our first time visiting this urgent care. My daughter hurt her toe and I googled an urgent care that could provide x-rays. The experience was wonderful from check in until discharge. The staff was excellent and we were in and out quickly. I will definitely recommend this office.

They literally told me I have a viral throat infection after doing a “5 minute test” and told me to just take allergy medicine like if I don’t know how allergies affect my body and it never gave me a sore throat. Horrible service and my throat still hurts. Never going back. Update :for less than 36 hours later I was admitted in the hospital . For some reason I don’t know why I listened to the doctor when he gave me off feeling but I did think it was my allergies because not only did they “run test on me” but two separate associates looked in mouth . Funny how they both said the same thing right? Fast forward to this morning at 2am , I stopped breathing in my sleep because my throat swelled up so bad .turns out I got misdiagnosed which I don’t understand how and I had strep throat the whol
