Priority Urgent Care Ellington, CT

This place works like a well oiled machine!! I am so impressed!! I went to my own GP who didn’t take my health concern seriously. I was still having problems 2 weeks later & PUC, after examining me, sent me IMMEDIATELY for tests! You guys may have saved my life! I’ll know when my results come back next week!! Thank you for listening to me.

Staff were helpful and attentive. The wait time was reasonable as a walk-in and the appointment went smoothly. You can believe all the good things people say about this practice.

***Update, the next day I still wasn't feeling better and went to another urgent care where I was diagnosed with walking penemonia. Was put on antibiotics. Glad I got a second opinion! Was seen for less than 2 minutes, didn't even get to go into any detail of the problem or do a thorough examination. Felt rushed and not heard. Will be getting a second opinion.

We arrived at 2:20 pm 1/3/26. The receptionist was rude from the beginning, she told my husband the next available appointment was 2:50pm if we wanted to wait. We took it, and not even 5 minutes later a gentleman walked in also without an appointment and she said our next available appointment is 2:30pm. And then the next patient, a woman walks in and they gave her the 2:40pm appointment… They came in after us and was attended to before us. Will never ever go back to this dirty place, with rude employees.

This was my 1st visit to priority urgent care and it was great. Filling out the forms was quick and easy online. The wait time was not that long either.
