Big Y Pharmacy and Wellness Center

Had my kitty started on Phenoberb for seizures. My vet called into my pharmacy script for phenobarb. Walgreens never said not in stock to him or to myself at pick up. Called my vet, he called script to big y. Picked up today and started kitty on his meds. Thank you Big Y.

The best pharmacy I’ve ever had. Liz should be voted best pharmacist in the U.S.. She one of the most competent and compassionate people I have ever met.

I went to The Big Y in Ellington, Ct for a flu shot today October 3, 2024. The refused to give me the shot because I get my prescriptions filled at Walgreens. I shop for my groceries at Big Y but that stops today due to this refusal! It says nothing when you advertise to get your shots about chosen medications fills! I am very upset with how I was embarrassed and treated!

So completely kind and helpful. The staff treat my elderly in-laws like they are beloved family members. Their service reminds me of the way pharmacies used to operate. With care, compassion and understanding.
